the paradox
of those
clamoring the loudest
for their freedom
is they're the ones
who also
desire it
the least
what they want
and need
from their freedom
is a loving
nurturing
assuring
authoritarian figure
to think
act and impose
a particular set
of comforting
acceptable
thoughts
and actions
up them
what they need
from their freedom
is someone
to force
and command
their infantile
clownish
comic book
version
of the world
upon them
and us
the paradox
of those
clamoring the loudest
for freedom
is that the freedom
they need
is to select
their own
patronizing tyrant
instead of
any other's
what they need
is the freedom
to select their own
strict but loving
father
who leers
with lust
at the neighbor's
teenage daughter
who poisons their cat
and burns down their house
but pretends
good enough
with kisses at bedtime
to be
such a good and loving father
that none of the rest
matters
